“His cape told it all,

His shield matched it too,

His spear drove its edge,

Not in all men, but a few.

The Turks are our enemies,

He swore to an oath,

His allegiance to red and white,

A religion that did the most.

A promised land, far out of reach,

Maybe next time by boat.

He never once considered his thoughts,

And it said, “As above, so below.”
