The phrase "coming to terms" is bullshit
What do you mean I have to "come to terms" with the fact that one day I won't be able to stand under the wide open sky and just be in awe of how the clouds move across it
"Coming to terms" is antithetic to the human experience
"Coming to terms" with something is meant to help us have a healthy acceptance of how things are but that supposes things have to be that way
Although some things are inevitable, to "come to terms" with them breeds complacency
The human experience is and always has been to rage against the way things are so why would we become complacent with them?
Rage against the inevitability, become active in your life, chase sunsets, live in awe, and never come to terms with anything
