Comfort is a Fantasy

Comfort is a fantasy,

A night of new personalities,

It’s a group of adventurers exploring the river bottoms,

It’s surrendering your existence to a fake survival guide.

It’s playing the scared one while finding a way to scare yourself.

Comfort is a magically induced escape from life,

An Elvish Bow and Arrow contest,

Pistachios in a sling shot,

It’s Soccer with a golf club,

It’s a roll of the dice.

Comfort is my best shot at building homemade armor,

A blanket cape and a pillow breastplate.

It’s a fallen branch long sword.

It’s a crown of sticks and twigs,

Comfort is a duel,

A challenge amongst friends.

It’s a fight for glory, for honor,

It’s a night of flesh wounds,

It’s a night of missing limbs, and bunny hops

but no signs of concession.
