always different

i never fit in. ever

bullied

bruised

mocked

for not fighting back

but now i see

those were never my battles

to fight back in

i was built for the battles

that can't be seen

forgiving as i go but never forgetting

there's immense power in that

but not my own

the Bible talks a lot about the heart

and how Elohim created it for

softening

seeing

hardening

hearing

knowing

we are spiritual beings

in a physical body

and spiritual warfare

is a very real thing

our mind is the battlefield

where thoughts are used

as weapons against us

sown with doubt and fear

to try to break us

mentally

physically

spiritually

He already knew this would happen so

there are spiritual gifts given

to us by His Spirit for

Knowledge

Wisdom

Faith

Healings

Miracles

Tongues

Translation of Tongues

Prophecy

Discernment

used for edification

oh, but the last two...

sometimes unpopular

often unwelcome

very misunderstood

always necessary

causes irritation in spirits

bullied by some

but never wrong

sees past the heart into the soul

lips lie

eyes can't

not every battle we fight is for ourselves

Sometimes we're sent for someone

but we're in it to win it

no weapon formed against us shall prosper

come hell or high water.
