Colourblindness

How I see the world

By Alexi JPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
Drawing by Day-z Art

I don’t see colour the way you do,

I don’t experience shades of blue.

I’ve never seen green before,

Red and brown are in constant war.

I’ve felt figments of pink pigments,

But was corrected with a purple indignant.

I’ve heard yellow is a fun one,

And lilac is loving chum.

I see the world in my own way,

The fragments of a kaleidoscope

Maybe I don’t experience blue as you do,

But who knows who really sees it true?
