Why not live your life in deeply pigmented colour?

Enclosed in a butter yellow glow,

or swept away with shimmering aqua ripples?

Hyacinth sky and tangerine floor will propel you into potential.

Be constrained by magnolia beige if you will,

but you shall risk nothing with bland and careful safety

Your choices start inside your head,

and then extrude from the skin, out, and leap or fade into public spaces

where you will compare, or fear to be compared,

to the choices that others too will make.

Fear will shrink potential back inside your skull

And limit your latent life, and laud the lack of hue and resonance and authenticity.
