Entering life yellow and shiny, taking that first breath, crying out my arrival
Possibilities endless
Creating a shield of silver, protection from others darkness, shimmering in my light
Defenses interminable

Sparkling blue eyes, my green eyes misty, crying out a mother’s love
Maternal forever
Finding shades of love, reds and purples, greens and orange, crying out my arrival
Closets open
Gathering lives challenges, packing them carefully, living out loud
Heart overflowing
Today rainbows surround me, envelope me, strengthen me
Proudly proclaiming
Hair turning white, memories shimmer, reflections like mirrors.
Warrior internal
Will leave this life yellow and shiny, taking my last breath, will cry out a joyous departure.
Spirit eternal
