Colors In The Moonlight
By Rachel Wild

Colors in the Moonlight
Lie Awake
And Waiting
To be discovered by the
Naked Eye
————————————
When we were young,
We were afraid
We’d be
Found out by the Big Eye
In the Sky
—————————————
Nothing of the sort turned out to be,
When I turned inside
And began to glance the colors
That may be seen
In the Moon Light
—————————————
Though Outside World would have me see
The fine line and shapes
That roam my mind
In the sweet darkness of I,
—————————————
I knew the colors of I
That lie deep down in the
Way of the Wild
—————————————
I knew these colors would open for me,
As they have opened every time
———
And I knew I would open to them,
As I have opened for them every time
—————————————
And with that bit of the vine,
I swung High,
Into myself, that I
That I Am
—————————————
We’ve heard it before
And it sounded different then
—————————————
Tell me, if this is not that….
I would not have known
To venture all by my lonesome self
Into the Unknown
That I called myself.
—————————————
Tell me, how do I
See these waves of Turquoise rolling in
And playing with the Pink dust
That settles in the space
Of No Thought?
—————————————
And yet, there am I
Still, with myself
—————————————
Noticing the colors change again.
When I see Gold,
Will I have someone to tell me what it means?
Or will I know it already,
As it is already a part
Of me
—————————————
Then there goes Green!
Straight to the Heart, is
Where I see
What is unseen.
—————————————
Oh and tell me of the archangel!
Sitting among others,
Who make it better,
All of us, bathed in Blue on
The day the clairvoyant Speaks Truth.
—————————————
Then- on a tragic day of evolution,
When worlds were splitting,
I sat down by the bowl
And purged all this Yellow.
Regaining Power
At the Solar Center
—————————————
And saying once more, calling upon Red.
“Get out! Get out! Get out!
All you anger, worry, fear and doubt….
I desire the fire
Of my inside, stable, secure,
Sexy & sensual…”
—————————————
Then- I visit with a new friend,
during the deary days’ Vision of a New Start, Fresh
As the foundling lays at dawn!
Stirring the Orange Prayer of creativity,
I draw in Our Circle
To Our Center.
—————————————
And such song betwixt the kindred spirits
Had never been heard before
By the likes of men! That day
The neighbors can thank
A color for the song that sent all their
Weary wanderings away, for awhile
—————————————
And yet furthermore, I hear Purple
Pounding on all of our doors!!
Knock, Knock
Knock, Knock, Knock
I open; I see
A funny fellow stands in the periphery
—————————————
Of Nothing, No thing, yet
White Light
in the shape of a body
Smiling and Nodding,
With no face at all, just a feeling
—————————————
I know this Light Body,
As I
Many & One Time
—————————————
Ha, Ha, Ha
I ask again:
Who am I?
——————
And roll my eyes,
As third I watches the
Colors in the Moonlight,
That Lie Awake
And Waiting
To be discovered by
Naked & Not-so-naked I’s
