I feel as though I’m living in black and white

most of the time.

I feel as though I’m in a silent film

most of the time,

one where

Everyone else

can be as loud as they please.

I feel as though I’m searching for color

most of the time.

Sometimes,

I find the color. I see the

Pink

Purple

Blue

that Everyone else speaks so loudly of.

Sometimes,

I see the

Happiness

Sadness

Anger.

In these times,

I wish I could go back to

black and white.

In these times,

I wish I could go back to

My silent film because

I want to see the colors,

I want to see the emotions.

But when the colors are inside of me,

when I try to speak loudly of My

Pink

Purple

Blue

they get jumbled

and all that comes out of My mouth is

Brown.
