Color spectrum

Life in my eyes

By Daryl Amanda BernsteinPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Rose colored glasses. What are those, Hand me two pair so I may expose the actual tint is no closer to a rose.

My life has been guided by blue tinted sorrow

Inside my deepest breathing I wallow.

I can climb up & break free.

For I am like a tree during each season

Just let me be. I have learned from the colors just how to be.

For the blue I used to see was clouded in pain not cerulean blue, that blue is the sea.

Where I find myself, immersed in colors beyond the pale.

I too, now can exhale.
