Collection of non-wisdom

Poems written mostly as a teenager

All but one of these poems were written when I was a teenager. A time when I thought I was smarter than most yet carried little wisdom. See if you can spot the one I wrote when I was not a teenager.

CRYSTALS

Crystal and white formed in the heavens with none alike.

They fall from the heavens colliding into one another through fate and accident.

The collision of crystal make each one more individual.

One crystal colliding into the other forever leaving its mark on part of the other.

Crystals of white, increasing in beauty and strength in each collision of fate.

Each flake of white, reaching its individual state.

Crystals of white, falling to heaven the day of last rites.

A HEART STORM

A thunder of crashing voices!

A flash of angered eyes.

A flow of salty soaking droplets;

A gust of dark overcast shadows,

A flicker of light geniality

A glow of transparent, varying colors.

VIEW OF AN EMOTION

Eyes of Intense sky blue shimmering with Joy

Voice of Silk whispering with tempting Offers

Organ of life pulsating with conditional Kindness

Lips of Apple flavor speaking of our Existence

ONCE LEFT

A man and a woman woke side by side as the sun beat down.

All by themselves in an all lighted world.

Waiting for genius and becoming impatient;

She headed for the tree and called over her Love.

Eyes opened to the philospher's world;

Ears were shaken by the noise of the dregs.

From that moment on purest fortunes floundered;

The sensible world took place.

Night now shined

The lighted world left behind.

Distress was the future and heading toward all.

Escape delivered from the staggering world by love in life

and the coffin's close.

EVENING NEWS

The bullet scorched into his head.

He collapsed onto the street without a word said.

A crowd of unsympathetic feet gathered around.

Many people whispered and some dared to speak aloud.

The sirens roared to the nightly scene.

Cameras and their crews poured in to film the mother's screams.

The police only made a sound-byte that he was selling drugs to the wrong man in town.

FRYNG PAN LOVE

The pan cracked upon his head

he fell to the floor like the slamming of a door

She wondered if he was dead;

No, such luck.

Since he quickly questioned

"Why did I screw up while she was frying up my supper".

RISE AND SHINE

The sun sipping up

over the early morning horizon

Tiny beams awakening every blade of grass, leaf, forest animal

Not one beam of warmness wasted.

I need to climb from my bed start the day-- one more moment

One moment wasted.

Sonic-me- Drinking

So, much of it seems a waste of beams.

UPON FINDING HER

A living goddess with eyes of rippling green like the deepest living sea. Dark flowing locks of softness matching the essence of the fertile soil.

Made from the Earth's image

She is beautiful to all

She is the world to one.

A living goddess blessed with eyes of green to reveal to all that your soul spans to the deep sea depth

Hair not golden but more precious in color with brown locks like the fertile soul which give life to all things.

A beauty word can not capture, these words only reflect a glimpse.

Goddess, with your eyes of sea and locks of the fertile soil

Afternoon Love

An afternoon sun beaming down does not hold the warmth of the hand extended from you to me

Only the rippling green in your eyes reveals the oceans depth that your compassionate soul spans

While these words are only a shallow reflection of the beauty you hold out and offer to the world, I have no other way ..

To say thank you for extending that hand

and warming my day ..... my soul.
