~Coffee with Christ & Good morning Prayers!~

Prayers to the wilderness

Prayers to my friends

Prayers to the ones

Who need to find their way

To rest in the Lord again!

Coffee with Christ

And good morning prayers,

Reading Holy Scripture

1 chapter at a time,

I don't know what I'd do

Trying to get through

Each day,

Without spending this quiet

Time with you?

Life is a constant battle

With the good & the bad,

And all things in between!

So many voices

So many lives,

So much activity lived

But unseen!

Every 24 hrs

The Devil puts up a fight

Trying to keep people

From the light,

But in that Christ

My Faith remains,

Even through

My own tears and pain!

There is a way out

Of this there is no doubt,

One must just stay strong

And carry on;

So with my pleas

And prayers and might,

I will keep the faith

For one and all,

Staying vigilant

Through my daily conduct

And the gift of love,

I freely give!

So in my prayers

And time with Christ,

In the silence of

The new day dawning,

And all the glory of

His light;

Just know my words

Are meaningful and True,

As I sit here writing

These ones'

And think about

All of you!

And the trials people bare

Prayers to the nature of life

And all things true,

Prayers to all the people, places & things

Who need to find their way to rest

In that Great God Almighty...

and the Love IN Jesus too!
