Here is the riddle

I am no expert in solving riddles but… surely the first step to solving the riddle, is to understand the question. Read it again, if you are not sure what you are being asked to do. As the verse above suggests, reading the first four lines (ending in a "?") might help. Think about the question.

I may post some further tips to help encourage more to enter.

The One Work challenge is still open. At least two $5 prizes yet to be won. So far, $20 in prizes paid out, not to mention $15 in Top Stories, which are arguably even more valuable, given the publicity potential of a TS.

More importantly, the One work challenge is lots of fun. All you have to do is look at the entries so far, and think of a painting or other work of art that connects to one of the entries. Then just publish a story, poem, critique, or other piece of writing that tells us what you see, think, or feel about the work. No art expertise required, just say what the work means to you.
