Clouds Within

A hurting heart is like a clouded sky

Dark clouds

Suspended Heavy Water

Heat of Hurts

Distillation of Pain

Condensation of expression

The Flow of tears

The birth of water

The liberty of letting go

Over and above my head

On a cold cloudy day - sunless

Within, without, everywhere but one

The terror of a squeezing heart

Hurt by deception, manipulation

Affection disappointed.

I looked at the sea of water, dark

Suspended by gravity,

Moving to the east,

That that's without,

Speaks of what's within

The arms of heaven above,

How long can you hold the heavy bowl

This moving bowl of water

It drops a few drops here

And a few drops there.

Your weight speaks to my heart

A heart heavy with hovering hurts

Can I let go? Should I let go?

Silence, anger, melancholy,

A heavy heart heavier than

A bowl of water

Held by the hands of heaven.
