Friction grinding, mind in despair

Walked down to the seaside in search of repair

Sand burning white cold rage,

aggressively leading the desert tip toed dance to oceans release

Battling to beyond the break

to float cares away

Tumbling through waves

in the washing machine that feels like most days

Tossed about,

turned inside out,

underneath this watery world

and when upside down

breath restricting, heart kicking

did mind calmly breathe,

perspective turning right back around
