Christmas

Table red and green,

Decorations to be seen,

Fire in the fireplace,

So many memories,

That can't be erased,

Lights all aglow,

Outside,

There is frozen snow,

Family all around,

The snow has fallen,

Right on the ground,

Pie in the oven,

All the cooking,

I am loving,

The kids are out at play,

My what a lovely day,

Red and green all around,

This is a great day,

Too bad some of us are snowbound,

Table dressed and all set,

My, can we eat yet?

Laughter fills the air,

The table set with alot of flair,

As Christmas cheer spreads,

All throughout our homestead.
