self-congratulations

for cruelty,

Chewing up my blood

spitting it in my face,

Clearly, the problem is that I don’t love Jesus.

What a fucking joke.

Apply Jesus balm,

Voila!

You’re perfect now.

Time to criticize everyone else

for not being as

Christian

as your judgement.

Here, thirty pieces

of silver

for your thoughts.

Intrusive rhyme bothers me, except as a weapon.

Intertextuality is my passion.

Formalist/ New Critical are my guiding theories.
