When anger boils inside your soul,

And fury threatens to take control,

Remember that there is another way,

To face the challenges of each day.

Choose kindness, choose to show love,

Instead of lashing out, rise above,

Let compassion guide your heart,

And let forgiveness play its part.

For hate can never truly win,

It only leads to pain within,

But kindness heals and brings us peace,

And love can make our troubles cease.

So when the world seems harsh and cold,

And you feel like you're losing hold,

Choose kindness and love over hate,

And watch how they can change your fate.
