How could any mother willingly make her child homeless? A question that haunts, a pain so endless. All because her father would burst through the door, Demanding they leave, to wander once more.
Pack up your son, leave all that you know, Into the unknown, with nowhere to go. A child's heart
shattered, dreams cast aside, In the pursuit of hope, where fears reside.
The walls of our home, once safe and warm, Now echo with silence, a gathering storm. The
familiar comforts, left behind in haste, life upended, a childhood laid to waste.
Why did you listen, why did you obey, The whims of a man who led us astray? A mother’s love,
meant to shelter and shield, Instead became a wanderer’s field.
I looked up to you, seeking solace and care, But found only turmoil, a heart laid bare. Homeless
and lost, with a world so cold, A child's spirit, forced to be bold.
Each night under stars, with no place to rest, I clung to memories of a home once blessed. But the fear and uncertainty, the endless roam, Stole the essence of what I called home.
A mother’s duty, to nurture and protect, Turned into a journey, filled with neglect. In the quest for better, we lost so much, A family’s bond, shattered by a touch.
How could any mother, with a heart so kind, Leave her child’s innocence far behind? Driven by a father's relentless plea, Into the abyss, where love ceased to be.
I mourn for the home, for the stability lost, For the child who paid the ultimate cost. Homeless and wandering, a life torn apart, A journey that broke a young boy's heart.
How could any mother willingly make her child homeless? A question that lingers, a sorrow endless. But through the tears and the pain, I strive, To find a place where hope and love survive.
