A Story of War

Kingdoms are falling

The death of one king

Leads to the the leadership

Of one born of thy evil

The black rose wilts and crumbles

The thorns a sorry reminder

Of the love once beauty

And of the thorns that lay beneath

The sword that cut through

The bow that won

The queens hand stained forever red

And the missing golden piece

The lost king

The falling snow stained red

Before the eyes of the one

The lost one may be gone for now

But for in the last second

Upon which the world was almost shrouded in darkness

Thy lost one emerges

And defeats the pawns

Takes the board

And makes the leader perish

Checkmate he whispered into the night
