This here is Red. Can’t you see clearly?

All I see is Blue over here. Can you really not see it?

What of the babies longing for life?

Yes, I agree the ones suffering strife?

No, not those ones, Let’s talk about Race.

You mean the ones slaughtered in front of our Face?

What about church and the laws of God?

I am certain you haven’t thought that out too far.

The Nation I am sure, on this we can agree?

As long as they pick betwixt just you and me.

That sounds rather insidious Blue. What have you to say?

Of insidious dear Red, with you we could go on all day.

It seems that I do well, in country fare.

Your success in the cities, is generally rare.

We need the oil don’t you agree?

We are getting off track. I really must flee.

To backrooms and back channels, how dumb could I be?

We learned it from you in Nineteen Hundred and Sixty Three.

What is the resolve we need?

I don’t know. Have we made the people properly plead?

For a government akin to that of your mind’s eye?

Do you mean that? Is it sarcasm? I could laugh or maybe cry.

Of course what I believe, is better than what you came up with.

Where do you get that? This is getting quite rough.

The point is to keep the masses at bay.

Yes, that is good while we continue to play?

Together, we do look good on Independence Day.

If we keep our battle alive, the people will have nothing to say.

Do you think they will revolt and move us out of the way?

As if we were obsolete and withered and gray?
