Change

It’s ok to feel down.

It’s ok to feel bad.

It’s ok to fear change.

It’s ok to fear the unknown.

It’s ok to not know where you are in life.

It’s ok to not know what’s going on with you.

It’s not ok to live in sorrow.

It’s not ok to deflect your self anger on others.

It’s not ok to live in pity for yourself.

It’s not ok to live a life of misery.

Making positive change in life is difficult and incredibly challenging, especially when life becomes overwhelming and difficult to manage. But with a bit of perseverance and dedication to bettering your life anything is possible. We all want things to be easy in life, truth is nothing worthwhile should come easy. True appreciation for life has to be earned. The way to earn it is by facing true fears head on, accepting when it’s out of your control. And having the willingness to challenge and fight for what is within your means of change. We have to fight for everything you receive in this world. When things get hard and you feel like everything is collapsing, that is the time for you to push forward and conquer your fears. Standing up to those fears is what molds us and creates incredibly resilient human beings that understand that limitations are only there because we allow them, they keep us safe from an unknown world that we are too scared to face. When you push through adversity and hardship you find out WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF.

Change at its very core is uncomfortable, unfamiliar, and scary. Without change however, life becomes stagnant, no way to grow and realize true potential. Due to the lack of unwillingness to endure a little adversity and feeling out of place we are allowing life to just pass by, missing out on countless opportunities to make enduring change that will not only change our life, but also all those near and dear to us. Let life guide you where you need to go. Clearly making your own decisions up until now hasn’t worked so it’s time to carve out a new road that has never been traveled. There's nothing more pure and precious than getting to know yourself and finding out that you can overcome almost anything. Keep your head up and keep on pushing on, one small step forward is more powerful than a thousand steps in the wrong direction. Life is what you make it! Now go ahead and make it GREAT!!
