Change is the only constant in life,
An inevitable force we cannot deny,
It comes in all shapes and sizes,
And leaves us in different guises.
Change can be good, change can be bad,
It can make us happy, or make us sad,
It can bring us together, or tear us apart,
It can spark a new beginning, or break our heart.
Change can be a whisper, or a loud roar,
It can be a gentle breeze, or a stormy downpour,
It can be a slow evolution, or a sudden shift,
It can be a precious gift, or a terrible rift.
Change can be scary, and make us feel lost,
But it can also bring new opportunities at any cost,
It can teach us lessons, and make us grow,
It can make us stronger, and help us glow.
So embrace change, and welcome it with grace,
For it's the only constant in our life's race,
It can bring us love, joy, and peace,
And make our life's journey a true masterpiece.

About Writing
Most people talk about things that bother them as a way to vent their emotions, another way is through writing. As I sit writing in my car, I ponder how much writing, in itself, has helped me become the person I am today. I have endless amounts of pages filled with poems, stories, and sometimes random blurbs.
