WATER TEST WATER TEST WATER TEST

I HAD TO WRITE WITH CAPS LOCK ON

JUST TO SEE WHAT IS WAS LIKE

I MUST SAY I'M LESS THAN IMPRESSED

IN FACT IT'S RATHER SHITE

BUT NOW I'M COMMITTED TO A HUNDRED WORDS

SO I'M JUST GONNA  TALK BOLLOCKS AND LIE

LIKE THAT TIME WHEN I WAS AN EAGLE

JAMES GANDOLFINI TAUGHT ME TO FLY

OR LIKE THAT TIME IN A PINK HUMMER LIMO

IN AND OUT OF THAT SKATE BOWL

LIKE IT WAS JUST ANOTHER HOLE

LIKE WINNING ON THE LAST ROLL

YEAH CAPS LOCKS

IT'S NOT WHAT

THEY MADE IT OUT TO BE

SOLD YOU THINGS YOU COULDN'T SEE

TRIED TO GET YOU OUT YOUR TREE

I COULD HAVE TOLD YOU THAT

BUT I DIDN'T

I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU THAT

BUT I  WON'T

I SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU THAT

BUT I MISSED IT

THEY TOLD ME NOT TO CARE

SO I DON'T

THERE YOU HAVE IT

CONFUSINGLY YOURS

THIS VESSEL OF CHEEKY EMPTINESS

THESE FLEETING PARADOXES

EVERYTHING

FLAT AND COMPRESSED

BRAIN BARNACLES

BLEP

About the author

Brenton F

Greetings from Melbourne Australia. This is me shedding some of my light on the places that are not often frequented. Maybe add a smidge of dark humour or a wee dose of irony and fuel it all with a strong flat white

I.a.J.J!
