Capital Cools

How can cash be a balm?

By Skyler SaundersPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

A hall of windows leads

To the pathway to cash.

When the warrior heeds

And turns all of her doubts into ash.

Money falling down is the crush.

This crowd, it does speak.

When all the dollars rush

And the leader does seek.

The strength of the bank

Gives power to the suitor.

He opens the vault to thank

The graceful computer.

Capital cools the brain

That hotheads try to burn.

And lessons that try to strain

The money-maker who will learn.

The shift of funds creates

A portrait moving in time.

Real cash permeates

When wagers start to climb.
