I Hope You Can Relate

Raw, tough and hard.

both in the interior and exterior.

Love is so rare and extinct in her life.

Friends, well good friends,

don't exist like unicorns.

That's her theory by the way.

Plastic is her life.

Parties, alcohol and drugs are her remedy.

Yet when she wakes up the next day,

reality kicks in,

and her problems are still intact.

Void creeps in at night.

"Love is a curse" she'd say

it blinded a man

and killed a woman.

Calloused is her heart,

her once soft kindred heart

has turned into stone.

I do still wish though,

that one day,

she would find someone,

who'd break her walls and her soft yet stoned heart.
