The Process

By Charlene EllisonPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

Everyone starts with an idea or a thought of what they want to be in life through a vision

However, not all visions are carried out and people live their lives building other individuals dreams

The start has never proceeded because the path was a choice based on a decision

Unfortunately, there are barriers that may delay the process, yet it should never alter your path

Life is full of obstacles that either will make you stronger or life lessons learned

A job is a job that is what they say yet when you weigh your options than do the math

Power is not about being better than everyone else to look down on anyone

Yet is about who you helped going up the leader taking those steps so that others can be uplifted

If that is not in the equation than it was just a misconception of “me” and helped none

The small steps turn into bigger ventures and a broader base of a network to increase knowledge

How does a butterfly without the foundation which was started?

So, when people tell you not to waste money to invest in your future for college

Simply, remind yourself that Rome was not built in one day

It is not for everyone to accept and you may have sleepless nights

When you make it to the finish line with a smile and not regret when you have aged with a head full of hair that is gray

“Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it.”—Andy Rooney

Therefore, the journey may take longer than others, yet it is not a race

It a learning process that will be appreciated with the effort and hard work applied

Each step is a process like a caterpillar to a butterfly yet everyone moves at their own pace
