Keep The Mind "Busy"

“Don’t let anyone

rent a space in your head

unless

they’re a good tenant.”

Our mental health

must come

before anything or anyone.

It is up to us

which thoughts or beliefs

we “allow” into our minds.

In this Century especially,

we are learning the importance

of our minds and our mental health,

and how this affects our responses in life.

It is a proven fact

that what we allow into our minds

will affect

what we do and how we live our lives.

Our minds ‘control’ our emotions,

which very often

‘controls’ how we act

and

what we do physically.

This also reminds us

of the effect we can have

on others.

Being positive

and treating others

in an optimistic way

not only affects them,

but also ‘echoes’ back

onto ourselves.

We want to keep our minds ‘busy’

with hopeful, upbeat and confident thinking.
