Burning Bridges

For You to Feel as You Feel Right

By Joshua Lino-da CostaPublished 7 years ago 1 min read

I look over the burning bridges of hell

Blocking eyes that can see clearly.

If you know what I preach

Then hell has caught you before

And so will again.

Fall with me into our abyss

Where heat generates of its own accord;

Where thought and mind have no purpose;

No place amongst such need for action.

Immunity is all that can save you

Once you’ve started your fall.

You better pray to Satan itself

To kill all towering flames and burning bridges

So to return to Lake Placid

Where danger remains beneath the depths.

Let the bridges burn with the fires of hell
