With a love so deep, so loyal and free,
She carries the burden of his memory
Trying her best to keep it alive,
For now it was lost, it couldn't survive
She wept and she wept for the love that was gone
But nobody cared for now she was alone.
Alone with her heart, still full of love,
Alone with her sadness and thoughts of things above
But nobody listened, nobody cared
All anybody ever did was stare
So she kept to herself in her humble abode
and she thanked her creator for all of her woes.
For she knew that sadness wasn't a curse,
But it was a blessing that she could rehearse
For she knew something that no one else did
She knew what true love was, and that's what she hid
