Bring them home, Lord, bring them home

across the waters and the seas

across the dark of hatred spewn

Touch their hearts and touch their lives

Make them willing to give up pride.

Open doors that are locked so tight

Lead then on your path of light.

Led them hear my call of love

Let them trust in you above

Open hearts that are so blind

that judge, condemn without a right

Give love where hearts are filled with ice

Help them to see your love so bright

Take their hands and lead them on

So they don't forget where they are from

Help them to trust what they can't understand

Help them to see light in the face of a friend.

Help them to build a bridge so strong

That it can withstand the enemy's song

Lead them across and distinguish their fear

When they see my face it will all become clear
