Breathtaking

A Poem

Breathtaking

That’s what it looks like

Looking back on my journey

Everything I’ve grown through

Who I’ve become

Who I didn’t become

It takes my breath away

I’m so proud of me

Sometimes the stars have answers

And sometimes they don’t

Sometimes they know our hearts

And sometimes our hearts long to be known by the stars

Sometimes we have the flow of the universe

And sometimes we get sucked into the black holes of nothingness

Sometimes we sense our stardust

But it is always there

Sometimes the stars have answers

And sometimes they don’t

Sometimes they know our hearts

And sometimes our hearts long to be known by the stars

Sometimes we have the flow of the universe

And sometimes we get sucked into the black holes of nothingness

Sometimes we sense our stardust

But it is always there
