Breathless

Even in the best of days, the stress you take can fade away,

Dangerous effects leave you breathless at best, capturing your heart and putting you to test,

Once the flower, always the bee, which stings you as you drink that cup of tea.

Catching stones left out in the sun, warming your body — you start to run,

Faster and faster you push for more laughter, in your life struggles have hurt like a knife.

Just breathe through it all and stand like you're ten feet tall.

Never once has the Universe lied, it wants to make sure you at least tried.
