Breathe out, and now count to ten.

Breathe deep. Let it go.

    Ha, I just talked about the importance of breathing in managing emotions in my media literacy class today. I usually do a shorter version: breathe in on slow count of 3, breathe out on 5. But obviously, the deeper the better.
