Breaking the Mould

Little something coming through freestyle

The image taken in Liverpool, U.K.

Too many times looked soft

covered in plaster

The thought of it protecting me

when in reality it was breaking me

People just pass on by through life

from start to finish it's always the same thing

The past that made me stronger

yet there was many weaknesses

It's all to easy take something

a temporary feeling to forget the pain

Each day feeling more the same

when you feel like you can't handle anything

Wearing them tainted goggles

what's new or what's different?

On your bike!

keeping that same cycle

No more incline

recline from that same situation,

oh here we go again

False sighted hopes of reality

or maybe just living a daydream

When things start to get crazy

what's your reaction or where do you turn?

Before you blame anyone else

take that on the chin, blame yourself!

Break out of that mould you created around you

Speak up!!

Be strong

Be free

Be yourself

Be happy

And most of all

Don't be afraid to be you

(Written for many to read, little inspiration there, coming from a personal perspective and flipped into a more wider view) Sometimes you may come across people who've been through some hard times, this was written in a way to say be who you truly are and don't hold yourself back from following your heart to where it wants to lead you!!!

About the Creator

BeeNines

Hello to everyone, welcome to my page!

My freestyle poetry is truly short and sweet! Just how I’d like my desserts.

Sometimes writing in a moment where it just can flow and it’s my way of expression also. Even to encourage others to smile.
