Boxing Gloves
A crown cinquain poem about how I fought and will continue fighting for my life
When I
put those big, fat
gloves on my baby hands,
I'll scream, kick, punch, strike and fight for
my pride.
It will
be a lifelong
boxing match to brawl in;
I'll knock out whatever invades
my space.
Time and
energy is
a must to combat these
sadistic opponents that come
and go.
Strength and
power are key
values I need to have,
repeat and recall during this
matchup!
These gloves
are a relic
to keep in and out
of my life to prompt me to not
give up!
