Bones

Poem

By Squeeze D' AvocadoPublished 9 months ago • 1 min read

Grinding my teeth up like bones saved to make fire. The spark — the beginning of the telling of this generation’s evocations.

From bones, blood, and air myths derive.

It’s too much to unpack, too much like this — with such hurry... the narrowed walls closing in on us.

Pray not for amusement, but for the desire of skin thinner than plums.

To be one, to seek far.
