you are not your body
nor your mind
a spiritual knowing
every seeker will find
.
you live inside this
experience machine
a miraculous vessel
that should feel serene
.
yet we are not born
of a canvas pure
ancestral trauma
is ours to endure
.
your obsession with
your identity -
a dysfunction growing
in intensity
.
body dysmorphia
began before you
your mother and father
had it too
.
their fear and disgust
became your burden
and led you under
the knife of a surgeon
.
accepting the vessel
that you’ve been given
means feeling the pain
ancestors had hidden
.
yet we all prefer
insane extremes
to avoid this pain
and emotional scenes
.
we medicate
or mutilate
instead of addressing
the root of our hate
.
rot begins from
deep within
where self acceptance
ought to begin
.
a foetus poisoned
by body rejection
before it even
feels connection
.
into the consciousness
this deeply embeds
aversion overpowers
pure beings instead
.
what should be vibrance
and joy, gifts from above
this soul is weighted
and without true love
.
