I've only had blue cabbages before. Loved this poem!
Nice! I just made "Cabbage Blush" with above cooked veggie, honey Dijon mustard, and blue cheese, but the recipe should have been called "Cabbage in Ultra-violet"!
Blue veggies hard to find. Colors up the table though. Good advice.
