Royal beryl teal
flies in the sky, navy runs
fun lost but real blue.

"Eiffel 65" is an electro music group formed in 1997 with "Jeffrey Jey" (Gianfranco Randone), "Maury" (Maurizio Lobina) and "Gabry Ponte" (Gabriele Ponte). The named - chosen randomly - would have being "Eiffel" if the mistaken addition of the two last digits of a call number wasn't done. The song "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" seems to have no specific meaning, excepted of gathering many "blue" words.
