Blue Sea

I dipped my toe into the milky blue

A silky smooth wave

A ripple of fragrance with a floating

Yellow flower

I’ll smile and let the petals dance

Over my fingertips

My pale skin melting into the shade

I value so dearly

Sweet blue

Enclose me with your tenderness

A young feeling -

A smile that summer brings

There’s a place for you that’s waiting

In the recesses of my heart

I’ve been betrayed very often in my life,

But I can see past that pain

As long as your smiles never gets too far

From my gaze

As long as I can close my eyes and still feel
