Blue eyes piercing, enticing and mysterious
To most that is her whole identity
She won't let anyone close
Worrying if she does, all they will see her as are her pretty blue eyes
No diploma or fancy car, no big house or exotic vacations
Just her and to most, that isn't enough
Then a small boy with the same blue eyes
Entered the world from her
Seeing the world through his blue eyes
She is mom
She is enough
