Blue enDeavors

Life

By Beverly HairstonPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

I know not where

But I'm perplexed about should I care

The world's more than just a sphere

But yet a sphere that holds us near

I twitch and tremble in my place

But I have yet to arise from this seat

A seat that no longer wants me, but still I am

Where are the blue endeavors

The blue sights

The strong winds that lead our patriotic souls

Are they strung in between the Brooklyn Bridge?

Or scattered throughout the San Francisco Bay?

Who?

Is this our silver lining? can we no longer see our destiny

Destiny got us this far

but leads us through the veins of the Mississippi River

The faces are starting to imprint my mind

The dream is starting to emboss my paper

But the who? still makes me wander

Wandering through the deep crevices of....

WHAT THE FUCK!!

It's all becoming so clear as I lay and wonder

Wandering about the next

Trying to change what is to what I want it to be

Grab it

Parade it

Most of all wonder about the sights you can't see and the transparent strings that do dangle

In this moment decide your destiny and dive into your blue enDeavors
