Black Views

For a while now the view has been black

I'm trying to see the sunrise but I'm blind

Sometimes I wonder, if I smile will a little crack appear in the dark for me to see light again,

or

Do I have to fake a smile just to be able to see again?

Everything is so real that putting up a façade, won't cut it.

Being blind to the light now is my reality.

I asked God, what happened to the light?

He said, inside you are dark. The view of the sun rising up, a beaming light for the whole world

is you, that you gave so much to see again.
