Birthmark of Water

On my leg, the birthmark of a water drop with a name representing a Shell,

Both showing the love for the ocean and sea.

The saltier the better for healing to go well,

The saltiest that of the dead sea.

Has no fish, but that is the negative veil,

For the healing sea is what the waters are called to me.

Marked by Amphitrite, Queen of sea and salt,

A birthmark rare and dear.

Pay attention to your birthmarks, the shapes and from where they exalt,

A water marking could mean fresh or salt.

Depends on what draws your near,

The lake or the ocean in your mind appears.
