I have a goal of 50 days - 50 haikus - responding to 50 different songs. These are songs with lyrics that I feel close to. Number Nineteen is Birthday by the Sugarcubes.
Birthday
Five years old today,
smoking cigars with the crows,
hidden in the dirt.
