It’s time for another
binding charm,
and a solstice sunset
severing, while the violent
bear it away, I’ll burn a cord
between two flames,
light thirty-two
sticks of incense, create
holy smoke so thick
you can’t see my hand
engraving the world,
with the same dagger
used to amputate
me completely.
