Dispersal

Corona Virus Beta Test #1

Disguise of Infection Phase One

Protocols trickle from the top down

New world assimilation has begun

Never again will power wear a crown

A global spread of transmissible contagion

Affecting the lives of all things human

Media now focused on persuasion

A constant distraction with a heavy infusion

Life has stood still for nearly every occasion

Population dwindling fast

Doctors and nurses completely aghast

Too many bodies for too few hurses.

Baffled and befuddled

Scientists tested and muddled

Needing a cure is a priority

So too agreed with world leaders in a majority.

In the shortlist of cures

A new scientist endures

What now seemed like for years

A true antidote that brought many a tear

An outbreak of COVID-19 is now dead

Some say it was as if space spores had spread

Never really knowing only what's read

Although some said it was all in their head.
