Being Punk

Not everyone will follow the rules or care belong. That's what means to be punk.

Don't give me

your suit and tie,

thinking I won't see the lie.

Don't give me

your worthless god

of love and the bloody rod.

Don't give me

your perverted law

that rips a man with its claw.

Don't give me

the ways of your school,

seriously, you think I'm a tool?

You push

I'll burn your bush.

You judge

I'll not budge.

You yell

I'll give you hell.

I won't follow

your damn church rules.

I won't follow

your cart pulled by mules.

I won't follow

your damn high schools.

I won't follow

your corporate fools.

I'll forge my own path

because I don't need you

and your red, white and blue

I won't take orders from you.

Only Anarchy I'll be true.

Call me a punk,

thinking I'm a skunk.

But your lies reek

and freedom from you I seek
