Before a Crash

Don't think too much

Apparently, I didn’t understand

Baffled I walked away in shame

Curiosity led to big mistakes

Decisions from wrong conclusions

Everyone goes down this path

Falling from perceived heights

Gliding on wings of failure

Hitting the pavement

Injured by my own pride

Just once I’d like to see

Kings look up to me

Lowest part of a deep trench

My pride has cast me down

Never holding my head high

Oblivion has seized me

Pride has hated me

Quietness renewed me

Rising

Standing

Tolerating my place

Uncovering the real me

Validating

Waiting

Xultation comes from others

You’ll know when you get it

Zero pain
